I have always found them courteous, and go out of their way to help with any claim or question that I have have. Everyone working at their office is the same way. Erie Insurance is reasonably priced, customer service is excellent and I would never consider switching to any other insurance. My children are now grown and married. They have stayed with Dave and Sandi Stump, Erie Insurance. That speaks volumns that they know that Dave and Sandi Stump are good insurance agents, and Erie is great insurance.”
