You guys take care of your clients. I’ve never had to wait on anything. Every time I have had to contact you all, my issue was either resolved or the resolution was put into motion the SAME DAY. From something simple like adding car insurance to an entire kitchen renovation from busted pipes! (what a nightmare!) I’ve never had to hound anyone for answers/call backs.
